Clients: Search & Filters
-
The client search grid is where users can search for particular clients using filters to restrict the search results. The various filters that can be used to restrict the client search grid are explained below. Note: users may enter multiple filters per data field. For example, users may enter one cost center on the first line followed by a second cost center on the second line in order to search for clients in multiple cost centers.
-
"Clear Filters" is used to reset all filters. Alternate method: X out of each field individually.
-
"Name" will restrict the client grid based on client name.
-
"Supervisor" will restrict the client grid based on supervisor name.
-
"Cost Center" will restrict the client grid based on cost center.
-
"Target Population" will restrict the client grid based on target population
-
"DSM-IV" will restrict the client grid based on DSM-IV diagnosis.
-
"Date of Birth" will restrict the client grid based on date of birth. This can be set up for specific date ranges.

- The characters shown above (from left to right) include the following: "edit views", "choose view ", and "save view". A "view" is a snapshot of a filtered grid view. After setting the desired filters , users can click on the "save view" button to save a snapshot of the filtered grid view. From there, views can be further edited by clicking on the "edit views" button. Doing this takes the user to a pop up screen where the list of saved views can be managed. Choosing a particular view is done by using the drop down box and selecting that view from the list.
