Dashboard FAQ
Question:
When I go to my Dashboard, I don't see any of my dashlets. What do I do?
Answer:
The Notes and My Tasks dashlets are enabled by default for each user. Additional dashlets can be made available to users per role by the company's system administrator. Click on the Configure Dashboard button to see which dashlets are available to you. Dashlets are made visible by clicking on the corresponding check boxes under the "Show?" column. If you do not see a particular dashlet listed here that you think you should have access to, contact your supervisor or company's system administrator to let them know.
Question:
I have signed a note that I need to make changes to, but I can't find it in my Notes dashlet. What do I do?
Answer:
If you have clicked on the "Signed Notes Only" check-box of the Notes dashlet and you still don't see the note, then the note has likely been approved. Approved notes will not show up on your Notes dashlet. If you have access to the Notes Desktop, you can search for the note by going to the filters and searching by Caregiver Signature (All Signed Notes) and by Supervisor Billing/Payroll Approval (Eligible Approved Notes). Once found, you can click on the Edit Note icon and create a task for your supervisor to un-approve the note so that you can make the necessary edits. If you do not have access to the Notes Desktop, then you will need to contact your supervisor to let them know that the note in question should be unapproved so that you can make the necessary edits.
Question:
I am not able to delete or close a particular task in the My Tasks dashlet. How do I delete/close the task?
Answer:
You can only delete/close a task if you are the creator of the task. If this is a task that your supervisor has created, you will need to send a task response to your supervisor. To do this, click on the Edit Task icon, assign the task to your supervisor, type into the response field that you have completed the task and need for them to delete/close the task, and click on Save.
Question:
I am a caregiver. Why can't I see all of the clients that I am the caregiver for when I go to the Clients dashlet?
Answer:
If any of your assigned clients are not listed under the Clients dashlet, then you will need to contact your supervisor. Your supervisor will need to ensure that all of your assigned clients have been linked to your employee record under the Roster tab. They will also need to ensure that the cost center assignment is correct and matches for you and for your assigned clients.
