Medical Section: General Tab
The General tab is where any general medical information should be entered.
The narrative boxes available include Medical History, Communicable Diseases, Physical Disabilities, and Visual Impairments. A check box is included for Client Has Visual Impairments along with a text box.
At the bottom of the window, there are check boxes related to mode of communication. Check boxes are available to best describe the client's mode of communication.
Click on the Save icon at the bottom right corner of the window to save the information to the client record.
