Click on the +Add button to add any drug allergy information to the client record.

Allergen Name (required), Allergen Drug NDCID, Allergen Group Name, Reaction, and Onset Date are available data fields.  There is also a check box to mark the allergen as Inactive and a Delete icon. 

Click on the Update button to update the information or click on Cancel to cancel the edits.  Note:  Update=Enter; Cancel=Escape.
