A Guide for Security Setup: Examples of Common Role Names and the Corresponding Settings

This section includes common settings for desktop security when configuring roles in OnTarget Clinical.  Note:  these are commonly used settings, and should not be used as a definitive guide for desktop security configuration.  Each individual agency should consider the most appropriate settings for determining the level of access each agency-specific role has to the program.   

 

 

 By expanding each Desktop/Section in the above screen shot, each of the items listed under the corresponding destkop are found in the rows in the below document. The example Roles are listed along the top of the document as column headers.  An 'X' indicates that the role typically needs access to that particular item. Special notes are made where red numbers exist, see below the form for more information.
